This 4-session coaching package offers the space, clarity, and tools you need to move forward with confidence.
Four 60-minute sessions over one month

CEO & Founder | Award-Winning Parent & Burnout Coach | Certified Parental Burnout Practitioner|Educator
With 30 years of experience in education and over a decade in school leadership, I currently lead a dynamic team of literacy specialists. I hold a Master’s in Education, specialising in Teaching English as a Second Language, Special Needs, and Learning Difficulties, and have supported hundreds of families and educators as they navigate the complex intersections of language, learning, and wellbeing.
But beyond the titles and credentials, I’m also a mother. A burnout survivor. A woman who knows what it feels like to carry the mental load, juggle expectations, and pour from an empty cup.
That’s why I created Ebb&Flow Coaching and Inclusive Learning — a heart-led space where parenting meets purpose, and learning meets understanding.
My mission is to help you find clarity, reclaim calm, and honour your child’s unique journey, without sacrificing your own wellbeing in the process.
This is the heartbeat of everything I do.
She’s also the host of the Parent-Teen Bond Simplified podcast — a heartfelt, practical space where parents raising teens find calm conversations, relatable stories, and research-informed strategies to navigate the chaos and reconnect with their why.
Parenting my teenage son with a global developmental delay was draining me. We constantly fought over school refusal and independence. I was scared to let go, and his anger kept growing.
Enda helped me see things through his eyes—that shifted everything. Together, we built my confidence, identified my triggers, and learned compassionate communication.
Now I'm more relaxed, letting him explore independently. I address issues without erupting. He hugs me now and includes me in conversations that used to be just with his dad.
K was experiencing reading difficulties and couldn't follow what was happening in class. As a Vietnamese-speaking family, I felt helpless watching her fall further behind.
Enda designed an individualised plan based on thorough assessment and diagnostic tests tailored exactly to K's needs. Through Enda's specialised strategies and guidance, everything changed. K's pronunciation has improved, she's reading with comprehension now, not jusst decoding words.Enda gave us both confidence and a clear path forward.
When M and J arrived to Australia with no English, I felt lost. I didn't know how to help them adapt to school or support their learning at home.
Enda didn't just work with my boysm she worked with me. She helped me understand how they learn, taught me strategies I could use at home, and followed up with texts and audio messages whenever I needed guidance. I felt supported every step of the way.
Now I have the skills and confidence to help my children myself. Watching them participate in class and enjoy learning fills my heart.
This isn’t just a business — it’s a movement.A commitment to honouring every learner’s strengths.
To standing with parents and educators in the messy middle. To walking alongside you, not ahead of you.Because you don’t have to do it alone.Let’s co-create a path that works for your family or community.
